Neville Pritchard B.Ed FCIB CFCIPD CMICS Director and co-founder of INL Consultancy

Neville Pritchard is a people development specialist, coach, practitioner and thought leader in the world of learning. He has 24 years experience in learning and development - 15 years at senior and executive level - having previously been in sales. Neville has held the corporate posts of Learning Director and Head of Barclays University at Barclays Bank and Head of Group Training and Management Development at Abbey National.

As a people development specialist, mentor and consultant he has strong experience in both public and private sectors. He has worked across a number of industries and provided L&D management, strategy reviews, learning programme design, leadership and management programme delivery, talent management frameworks, performance management co-ordination, people development needs within change management, team analysis, leader behaviour analysis, and training measurement & evaluation frameworks. He also mentors Heads of L&D to help ensure L&D contribution with both operational and strategic impact. He has worked for organisations in the UK, France, Italy, Romania, The Netherlands, Kuwait, USA, Denmark, India, and Singapore and brings a significant international experience to the challenges faced by client organisations.

He has led award winning approaches and programmes in organisation learning and is a frequent speaker on learning strategy, measurement of L&D impact, L&D organisation design, leadership development strategy, coaching, and specialist and management team development. In the last five years year he has spoken at Conferences in Washington, San Francisco, Dallas, Orlando, Chicago, Barcelona, Moscow, Warsaw, Amsterdam, London, and Birmingham. He is a review member (judge) for the ASTD BEST awards - a role he has performed for the past 4 years and an accredited deliverer of ASTD Training Manager and Trainer Certificate programmes. Neville also wrote the Advanced Diploma in Learning Management programme.

Neville is a member of a Lake Forest Management School (USA) Advisory Group on Global Virtual Teams, was an original member of the ASTD Learning Executive Network Advisory Council and has provided visiting lectures to the University of Twente in Holland. He was previously Chair of the Financial Services Skills Council Major Employer Advisory Forum. Neville started his career as a teacher and coach before moving into sales and sales management at Legal and General where he established a successful new sales force as National Sales Manager. He has a performance driven and results oriented approach to learning, team development and leadership development.

Ian Carlton BSc(Hons) MSc FITOL Co-Director of INL Consultancy

Ian has over 20 years experience in learning, a Masters degree in Management Development, is a certified NLP practitioner and qualified in emotional intelligence. He has worked extensively in the financial and professional services sector with organisations such as PWC, Britannic Assurance, Zurich Financial Services, and Eagle Star where he designed and implemented their award winning Professional Development Foundation. More recently he was Head of Learning Policy and Practice for Barclays Bank. Ian regularly speaks at global conferences on learning strategy implementation, embedding a coaching culture, and communication and change in organisations. Ian started his career in sales and has successfully run his own interim management company specialising in learning interventions. He brings to INL an experienced and focused business application to the development of learning programmes and learning management that ensure impact on the bottom line.
