Neville Pritchard B.Ed FCIB CFCIPD FITOL FInstSMM Co-Director of INL Consultancy
Neville is a leading strategist, practitioner and thought leader with over 25 years experience in learning and development at senior and executive level. This has included holding the posts of Learning Director at Barclays Bank and Head of Group Training and Management Development at Abbey National. He has led award winning programmes in organisational learning and is a frequent speaker at global conferences on learning and leadership development strategy, building a coaching culture, and measuring the effectiveness of learning. Neville is a Past President and Global Network development advisor of ASTD-UK and until the end of 2005 served as Chair of the Financial Services Skills Council Major Employer Advisory Forum. He is a review panel member for the ASTD BEST awards.

Ian Carlton BSc(Hons) MSc FITOL Co-Director of INL Consultancy
Ian has over 20 years experience in learning, a Masters degree in Management Development, is a certified NLP practitioner and qualified in emotional intelligence. He has worked extensively in the financial and professional services sector with organisations such as PWC, Britannic Assurance, Zurich Financial Services, and Eagle Star where he designed and implemented their award winning Professional Development Foundation. More recently he was Head of Learning Policy and Practice for Barclays Bank. Ian regularly speaks at global conferences on learning strategy implementation, embedding a coaching culture, and communication and change in organisations. Ian started his career in sales and has successfully run his own interim management company specialising in learning interventions. He brings to INL an experienced and focused business application to the development of learning programmes and learning management that ensure impact on the bottom line.
