Thought, Team and Behavioural analysis
Through an audit of employee engagement we examine the extent to which leaders and managers are driving a dynamic organisation through people management, engagement, emotion and reason to build capability and enhance performance.
Thought drive Behaviour and Performance and understanding thought preferences is an essential component of analysis. We work with Brett Richards of Connective Intelligence Inc. and the Effective Intelligence model developed by Jerry Rhodes with over 25 years of research to provide real data to individuals, teams and organisations that will underpin improvement planning.
Additionally we utilise the team dysfunctions work of Patrick Lencioni, the preferred role approach of Belbin, and social modelling techniques to assess and support team analysis. Information fuels the appropriate team development activities required for improved performance.
We also offer analysis through the application of Myers-Briggs (MBTI and the Strength Deployment Index (SDI).
